Thank you for choosing HRT Recycling & Waste Services for your waste collection and recycling needs. Please follow these simple guidelines when preparing your material for collection.

Please place trash and recycling at the curbside the night before your scheduled collection. Drivers will not return to residences if materials are unprepared at the scheduled collection time.

Our service includes a collection of 1 cart per pickup. Additional carts may be picked up for an extra fee per month. Bags should be at most 50 pounds.

Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours before your regularly scheduled collection for excessive amounts of trash. We will only pick up the additional trash if you contact us 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Additional fees may apply.

Bulk items need to be scheduled and will not be picked up during regular trash routes. Additional charges will apply.

Freon-containing appliances require special handling procedures before pickup. Please complete a refrigerant recovery statement and contact us for more details.

According to Federal law, We are not permitted to accept batteries, tires, liquids, combustible materials, or any items identified as hazardous.

Bulky materials, including drywall, concrete, bricks, dirt, or rocks, are unacceptable.

Please notify us if you want to transfer service to a new location. Subscription accounts will automatically renew unless you notify us to terminate your service.

Residents are billed monthly or quarterly and in advance. Payments are due within seven days of receipt. Unpaid invoices after seven days will result in the suspension of service until the invoice is paid. Late payments or returned checks may result in additional charges to your account.
