Residential Pricing Overview
The pricing overview gives you a general idea of how much you might pay for trash service with us. There are determining factors when pricing residential trash for customers, such as location and the volume of trash a customer puts out weekly. Our pricing model keeps the monthly rate lower longer than any other competitor.
Residential services are billed monthly and require no quarterly contracts. Quarterly payment options are available, and it comes with a discount too. Our monthly rates range from $16.25 to $30.00 per month. DISCOUNTED RATES AVAILABLE– We care about the communities where we serve and want to give back when we can. We offer an 8% discount for all military, first responders, teachers, and senior citizen customers.
Trash Cart Rental:
Trash carts come free, provided that we maintain the service. When starting a new service and a trash cart has been delivered by us, an Account Setup Fee and Container Delivery Fee will show up on your first invoice. This fee is a one-time fee of $25.00. This fee is an Account Setup fee and helps to cover the cost associated with the delivery of the trash carts. If you wish to reduce this fee, you may use your containers; there is no obligation or requirement to use ours.
Trash Cart Sizes:
We offer two trash cart options when it comes to residential trash service. The first option is a 48-gallon trash cart. Everything must fit into the trash cart with no additional bags on the outside. There are no exceptions to this rule.
The second option is a 95-gallon trash cart. This option does allow for two additional bags on the outside of the container.
Anything above that will be charged at $2.00 per bag.
Additional Fees:
We do not have environmental fees, fuel surcharges, or other fees. However, we do charge a service charge for invoices that are 15 days or more past due. We charge the following for convenience for the customer or if a trash cart is lost or stolen.
$30: Waste Can Look Grimy? We’ll swap it out.
$100: Lost or Stolen Waste Can
What is not included in the weekly residential trash service:
The following are items that are not included in our weekly trash pickup. Bulky items, yard debris, yard waste, batteries, metal, appliances, e-waste, furniture, construction material, etc…
We pick up bulky items, however they must be scheduled in advanced. Additional fees will apply. Please read our Curbside Guidelines.
